The proposed Open Debate Station, on the banks of yamuna will be a small temporary structure that will accommodate and create a place to hold regulated discussions between two opposing sides.
The structure itself will consists essentially of a large table with two chairs, microphones and speakers. A plaque will give the identify the project and the suggested rules of usage will serve as a guidelines to the users. The ODS will be situated in the vicinity of the Schirn museum.
